Windows 8 无法保存 TCP/IP 设置

最近碰到奇怪的问题：Windows 8 无法保存 TCP/IP 设置，保存后再打开 TCP/IP 设置界面还是老的设置，后来想想这可能是由于最近一次突然停电造成的，恰好又遇到1月21日 DNS 根服务器失效造成全球范围内 dns 瘫痪，这才去捣鼓 DNS 设置，发现无论如何都保存不了。

此问题解决方法如下：

  1. 重新安装 TCP/IP 协议

    1. Click the Start button.
    2. Type: control panel
    3. As you type, results will appear and change. Select Control Panel.
    4. Under Network and Internet, click the View network status and tasks link.
    5. In the left column, click the Change adapter settings link.
    6. Right-click your network connection.
    7. From the drop-down list, select Properties.
    8. If you are reinstalling the TCP/IP for a modem connection, select the Networking tab.
    9. Click the Install... button.
    10. Select Protocol.
    11. Click the Add... button.
    12. Click the Have Disk... button.
    13. In the Copy manufacturer's files from: text box, type: c:\windows\inf
    14. Click OK.
    15. Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).
    16. Click OK.
    17. Restart your computer.

  2. 重置 TCP/IP 协议到初始安装状态

    # 管理员模式运行 cmd，组合键 win+x ，然后菜单中选 "命令行提示符(管理员)"

    # 在 cmd 内执行如下命令
    # 重置 WINSOCK 为初始安装状态
    netsh winsock reset catalog

    #重置 TCP/IP 协议栈 为初始安装状态
    netsh int ip reset reset.log

  3. 重启电脑
